PSPICE Final Project KP and W/L Question

Assuming KP = uCox, it seems as if PSPICE doesn't follow the KPW/L relation for calculations (eg. gm).

I noticed that changing W and L values drastically changed the output voltage, even though the W/L ratio remained the same.
For example, results of W = L = 100u and W = L = 1u were drastically different, even though W/L is still 1.

Is there an explanation for this behavior?

I tried to change W/L to a more reasonable ratio instead of 1 (eg. 20u/0.18u) because gm is too small with KP = 25E-6 and W/L = 1.
However, the MOSFET seems to behave unexpectedly when changing W and L.

Furthermore, if I change both KP and W/L so that KPW/L is still the same, the output voltage still was drastically affected.

This behavior is causing drastic differences from the simulations with my own calculations

Could someone tell me how to properly use the KP, W, and L values of the PSPICE model to perform the theoretical calculations?
